I’ve been working through another edit of Blanc Noir.  With it’s modern social themes and satirical character names (Koch, Boehner, Limbaugh), I think it could win an audience.  More importantly, I think it could motivate people to make society better.

Conventional wisdom says to go through a few drafts before submitting a book to agents.  I have no problem with that.

My heart says I need to get this story in front of people.  My instincts say my writing is stronger here than with the bulk of my other works.

I don’t see any reason to wait.  There will be more revisions, but I have something functional here. Why shouldn’t I pursue it as soon as I can?
