We go places from time to time. This summer, I’ve gone northwest to surprise my Uncle for his birthday. I’ve gone south to see my nephew on his birthday. I’ve gone north to see some balloons, only to encounter rain instead.
In a few days, I’m heading southeast. I’m going back to Dragon Con.
Many people look at a con and think vacation. Me, I’m thinking networking.
I take this chance to make new friends and see old friends. Without this con, I wouldn’t have any traditionally published works.
In a lot of ways, it’s a chance for me to be someone else–the man I want to be instead of the man I am.
